​The49ers의 세 번째 앨범 [State of the art] 발매!


 


The 49ers (포티나이너스)는 일본 시부야 재즈 힙합씬에서 많이 등장해온 미국 델라웨어 뉴어크 출신의 힙합 듀오로 Jas Mace와 Marchitect로 구성되어 있다. 어릴 적 리틀 야구단에서 만난 이들은 스포츠뿐만 아니라 힙합 뮤직에 대한 열정을 공유했고 이는 1995년부터 The Outfit이라는 힙합그룹에서의 활동으로 이어졌다.


 


Cradle Orchestra, Re:plus, Inherit, Incise, Kondor, Am 7, DJ Ezasscul, SoulChef, Vans Cal, Seasons’ End, Thomas Prime 와 함께 작업하며 많은 팬층을 확보한 그들의 국내에 잘 알려지지 않은 앨범이다.
